categoryCodeLabel(code): string | null

The heading of a disbursement category code, from the format specification's "Category {of disbursement} Codes (Sched F57; SB; SE; SF; H4 & H6)" (FEC_Format_v8.4.pdf p16): 001–012 "for use by any non-Presidential filing committee", 101–107 "for use ONLY by Presidential filing committees". Labels are the headings without their examples. Leading zeros are optional (4, 04 and 004 are all Advertising Expenses); any other value returns None. See ScheduleE.category_code for how the sources disagree.

Returns null for null, undefined and unknown codes. Mirrors Rust's fec_parser::itemizations::category_code_label.
