Form 3P pages 5–7, "Allocation of Primary Expenditures by State for a Presidential Candidate", used only by primary committees receiving or expecting to receive federal funds (fecfrm3p.pdf p5).

These are not contributions by state: each expenditure is allocated to the state it was intended to influence, "not necessarily the state in which the expenditure was incurred or paid", and amounts include allocable expenditures by the candidate's other authorized committees (fecfrm3pi.pdf p8). For each state, Column A is "Allocation This Period" (col_a_<state>) and Column B "Total Allocation To Date" (col_b_<state>) (fecfrm3p.pdf p5).
